Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine grape, and it makes terrific white wines from all over, particularly New Zealand, California and parts of France, including the Pouilly-Fumé and Sancerre appellations. And it's also one of the two main white grapes of Bordeaux, where it's blended with Sémillon to make both elegant dry whites and the region's revered botrytized dessert wines.
